This van rear step features the same work-ready construction as our Grip Step running boards. Covering the entire top surface of the rear step are expanded metal treads that lock onto your boots with fleet-grade traction. In any season of the year, Grip Steps provides safe footing that won’t wear down or crack like plastic alternatives. The expanded metal treads are also open on the bottom, allowing dirt and debris to pass through the running board and keeping your cargo van interior clean. This Grip Step rear step is constructed from powder-coated aluminum to ensure the highest le vel of corrosion resistance and maintain a professional look on your vehicle. Aluminum is also strong and lightweight. It keeps unnecessary weight off your van, unlike steel, promoting better gas mileage and extending the life of the vehicle. For a custom fit without the hassle, all LUVERNE rear ste ps are made for vehicle-specific installation. Customized brackets integrate with the vehicle's existing design and ensure maximum strength and rigidity.
