The Front Dana 30 axle kit is for 1987 – 2006 TJ/LJ/YJ Wranglers and XJ Cherokees. The Axle are made of 4340 chromoly steel and is dual heat treated for unprecedented strength and durability making the Carbon Off-road Axles over 50% stronger than stock!
The axles are designed with large 5-760X Series Spicer U-Joints. The Spicer U-Joints are engineered with a solid cold-formed body while the bearing cups are heat treated for strength. The u-joint is precision ground and case hardened for durability and the multi-lip seal keeps the grease in and contaminants out. The Spicer U-Joints come fully assembled with standard clips and are ready to install.
