The Front D44 axle kit fits all Rubicon JK Wrangler Dana 44 axles and are made of 4340 Chromoly steel. The Axle is dual heat treated for unprecedented strength and durability making the Carbon Offroad Axles over 50% stronger than stock!
The axles are designed with large 5-760X Series Spicer U-Joints. The Spicer U-Joints are engineered with a solid cold-formed body while the bearing cups are heat treated for strength. The u-joint is precision ground and case hardened for durability and the multi-lip seal keeps the grease in and contaminants out. The Spicer U-Joints come fully assembled with standard clips and are ready to install.
