The Adjustable Spare Tire Carrier with CB Antenna Mount from Rock Hard 4x4 allows you to carrier a larger tire then your stock one on your Wrangler JL without the need for a new rear bumper. The adjustable mount lifts your tire from the normal factory height to 6" above so you can fit a larger spare tire without the need to change your rear bumper.
