At JJ’s 4WD we strictly follow the policy laid out by the specific manufacturer. In most cases, manufacturers will not cover expenses such as labor, return freight, duty or taxes. We suggest you visit the vendor's website to get the specifics of their warranty.
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Please take shipping time into consideration. JJ’s 4WD reserves the right to cancel any order placed and fully refund any monies received in the event of product being unavailable from the vendor or manufacturer.
JJ’s 4WD makes every effort to ship to our customers in a timely fashion. Expedited shipping is available for some orders with an additional charge.

Damaged Goods:
If you receive a package that is damaged, you must report this to JJ’s 4WD immediately. Keep all packing materials. If possible, note to driver at the time of delivery that the package is damaged but do NOT refuse shipment. Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. All damaged packages must be reported to JJ’s 4WD within 7 business days. Damages not reported in this time become the customer’s responsibility. JJ’s 4WD is not responsible for damaged goods or missing shipments that have been signed for.
Lost Shipment:
Please contact JJ’s 4WD by email at [email protected] within 2 weeks of a non delivered item.
All orders under 50lbs per item will be charged as follows:

Note:Exclusions; Orders totaling over 50lbs, large or oversize items requiring truck freight shipment, hazardous goods, items requiring special handling or packaging, tires, destinations requiring air freight, destinations outside continental USA.

JJ’s 4WD reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event there is found to be an error in pricing or product description. All returns require prior authorization from JJ’s 4WD. We will only consider items that are new, unused, unopened and they MUST be in the original manufacturer's packaging and be in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
Items that are on Back Order or are Not in Stock at the time of order are considered Special Order and are not returnable. An email will be sent to your accounts email address stating the Back Order ETA if an item is considered as Special Order.
Please verify fitment of your item before purchase as incorrectly ordered items are not eligible for return. Only Defective or incorrectly described fitment details of an item will be eligible for return.
Items that are electrical, cut or modified, custom painted and custom built items are non-returnable. Mounted tires or wheels are deemed to be used and are non-returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original shipping. Items ordered during a free shipping event will be subject to the original regular shipping fees, if a return is authorized. JJ’s 4WD will not be responsible for loss of product, shipping or any other charges incurred from products returned.
Items returned without prior authorization or collect will be refused. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be obtained from JJ’s 4WD within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for refund. Refunds, if given, will be refunded through the same method as the original payment. All returns after 7 days will only be eligible for an in-store or online credit at JJ’s 4WD’s discretion.
A 30% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
A restocking fee of 30% will apply to merchandise returned for any reason other than an incorrect item or a defective item being sent. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original shipping. If a refund is eligible, the restocking fee will be deducted from the original part cost.
Orders Shipped within the United States and other Global destinations will not be charged any tax by JJ’s 4WD. Border duties may apply. Tariffs, duty, VAT and any other taxes or fees charged by customers destination country border is the responsibility of the customer. At such time as JJ’s 4WD may be charged brokerage fees, customs, taxes or any other fees surrounding an international order. JJ’s 4WD will forward such charges to the customer directly or JJ’s 4WD will charge the customer for such expenses to the account that the order was placed on.
We offer full customer support and are happy to assist you in the installation process should questions arise. Carefully read through all installation instructions prior to installation. If you are not sure that you received the proper parts, please contact JJ’s 4WD prior to installation. You must contact our office within 7 business days with issues of damaged packages or incorrect parts. JJ’s 4WD is NOT responsible for parts that are installed improperly or not used for the applications intended. If you have any questions, call prior to installation... We are here and happy to help.
Should you decide to cancel your order, you must contact JJ’s 4WD within 48 hours of placing your order. At our discretion a cancellation fee of up to 30% will apply. Any orders cancelled after shipping are considered returns and you must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If you refuse a package, shipping charges will be billed to you for the return shipping and appropriate restocking fees applied. All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]. Due to security processes in place to protect online purchases, our staff do not have the ability to provide refunds directly, only the admin has the ability to do so.
